Multistage control valve is a control element in the field of industrial automation process control, which is used to control fluid flow by modulating the flow rate and pressure in response to a signal from a control unit. Multistage control valve integrates the advantages of cascade, multi-hole and labyrinth trims, capable of eliminating high risk of cavitation caused by the build-up of vapor, protecting the valve trims from erosion of high flow velocity as well as providing low noise level. The multistage control valve is suitable for precise controlling of high temperature and high differential pressure fluids in severe service applications, especially for controlling fluids that contain impurities or solid particles.
