The gum ball production line is designed to manufacturing gum in ball or oval shapes at a maximum capacity of 600kg/hour. The production line is composed of the mixer, extruder, conveyor belt, forming machine and refrigerated cooler. Not only do we design and manufacture the entire gum ball production line, but we also offer production line upgrade services by offering advanced, updated equipment pieces.
Standard
- Mixer This machine is designed to mix chewing gum raw materials and features a high efficiency.
- Extruder The extruder is used to extrude chewing gum. It is equipped with a stainless-steel hopper with an extrusion head made of a high hardness steel coated in polytetrafluoroethylene. The extrusion head maintains its temperature via hot water to ensure the gum base remains warm and soft to avoid cracking or breaking.
- Forming machine The forming machine produces chewing gum in a variety of sizes according to customer requirements.
- Polishing pan This machine is used for polishing the candy surface.
