Y50 Series Circular Connectors
The Y50 series circular connector typically comes in one of three types: metric size, imperial size, or power supply connector type. All these variants are built in compliance with GJB101A-97, GJB598A-96, and MIL-C-26482 standards. Available with the bayonet coupling mechanism that has internal spiral grooves, the Y50 series circular connector allows fast mating and unmating. Other benefits of using this MIL-C-26482 connector include light weight, outstanding seal performance, small volume, and exceptional tensile strength.
Installing the shell of the plug connector is easy and can be done in 7 ways. Upon your request, we can add EMI shielding features to the shell. Straight through or bent cable entries can be chosen according to your liking. Available with solder contact, the male connector can be made into various specifications. It is able to withstand various environmental challenges, such as salt spray, humidity, and fungal growth. Typical uses for this military connector are on military electrical and electronic systems, and in outdoor work environments which require electrical signal transmission or electrical connection.
