BOPP, CPP, PET, PC, PVC as well as composite film and paper with the same properties can be printed in the general rotogravure printing machine. The printing speed of this gravure press is 50m/min, while the mechanical speed is 60m/min.

Features

The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation.
The rotogravure printing machine is of combination type and can realize single sided, double sided, multi-color printing. It also offers meter counting function.
The material feeding device uses magnetic powder brake. The material receiving as well as traction adopts moment motor.
The printing ink circulates automatically with the ink pump.
The drying system uses double oven tunnel. It is capable of drying 50m materials per minute. The top and bottom ovens of each printing unit adopt centrifugal blower to take in the air. The temperature of oven can be adjusted and controlled automatically.
The doctor blade of the rotogravure printing machine can be adjusted up and down, frontward and backward. Its angle is also adjustable. In addition, it can perform transverse motions repeatedly.
The material receiving and feeding device adopts double station turnover structure to realize material feeding and receiving without stopping the machine.
The rubber roller adopts manual pressure.
Differential transmission is adopted for registration. The printing plate can be adjusted 360 degrees vertically. Its transverse adjustment scope is30mm.
