QG(D) Submersible Screw Pump

QG(D) submersible screw pump consists of two parts, screw pump and single phase dry type submersible motor. The connecting part and outlet are made of cast iron, the screw is chrome plated, and the casing is galvanized or coated with paint. In addition, the capacitor and thermal protector are set inside the machine.
On the other hand, our product shows excellent technical performance. The maximum outer diameter range is 101~127mm while the power varies from 0.37kW to 0.75kW. The flow and head ranges are 1.2~1.8m3/h and 20~120m, respectively, and the outlet diameter is G1. Based on these, this machine is used for conditions that require water in daily life and production, such as irrigation for garden and agriculture, water lifting from deep well, pressurized water supply for high place, etc.

Working Conditions
1. The maximum submersion depth of this screw pump reaches up to 15 meters, and sufficient water is required.
2. The voltage of power supply should meet the requirement on the nameplate, and the fluctuation is within ±10%. The frequency needs to meet the requirement on the nameplate as well.
3. Pumped medium: Clean water, and its temperature is not higher than 40℃. The volume content of solid impurities should not over 0.1%, and the granularity of solid particles should not exceed 0.2mm. In addition, the PH value of water needs to be within 6.5~8.5.
Motor
Oil filled submersible motor is equipped with this pump, and the single phase voltage is 110/220V. In addition, the frequency is 50/60Hz.
