External Vacuum Sealer (DZQ-600A)
This product is a horizontal external vacuum sealer which has a size of 650mm(L)×580mm(W)×950mm(H). With 4 casters, this machine can be easily moved to anywhere you want. Thus you can apply this machine in different working environments according to the practical need. Our product has a high working efficiency and is easy to operate. Since this packer has a large working flat in a proper height that is easy to reach, the operator will feel less fatigued operating this machine. The horizontal sealing makes it easy to place the package bags and the packaging products. Normally, this machine can seal 3 or 4 products per minute.
Application
Our product can be mainly used for packaging electronic components, raw-food materials that need to be packaged with large package bags, easy-oxidized and fragile products. It is known that in electronics industry there are special requirements for metal particles, air cleanliness and waste gas emission. Since it is mainly made of 304 stainless steel, this external vacuum sealer can meet those special production requirements of the electronics industry.
So far, we have sold more than 500 sets of the product to many countries such as Thailand, Malaysia and New Zealand.
