HT Series Four Point Contact Ball Bearing
1. Description
Our HT series four point contact ball bearing is larger in size than the HS series. It has bigger balls, larger cross-sectional area, and higher load capacity. This line of slew bearing is available with outer diameter ranging from 36 to 66 inches, i.e., 900 to 1700 mm.
2. Features
a. This series of four point contact ball bearing is available in 3 types, internal tooth type, external tooth type, and no tooth type.
b. Involute short-tooth gear is adopted. The pressure angle is 20 degrees and the allowable backlash is 0.015 to 0.025 inches.
c. All types of deep groove ball bearings come with 2 grease nipples which are spaced by 180 degrees. For the no tooth type and internal tooth type, the grease nipple is in the outer ring. For the external tooth type, the nipple is located in the inner ring.
d. Designed with deep groove raceway and balls of the maximum size, our four point contact ball bearing is capable of withstanding higher torque, thrust, and radial load than ordinary products.
e. With perfect seal, the rolling bearing can resist foreign contaminants.
f. The toothed ferrule comes with tapered bores while the toothless ferrule adopts through holes.
