HSE-2 Series Dual Worm Slewing Drive
Description
In comparison with the HSE series slew drive, the HSE-2 series dual worm slewing drive achieves double tooth contact. This enables it to produce double output torque in case of the same size and installation space. Additionally, the holding torque is increased correspondingly.
Features
1. For the occasions that require high torque, such as oil drilling platform, we develop this dual worm slewing drive. The gear arrangement adopts copper worm wheel teeth and has strong scuffing resistance.
2. Driven by two worms at the same time, this gearbox produces high output torque and its performance far excels that of singe worm product.
3. Made of wear-resistant materials, the worm wheel tooth has high hardness.
4. A variety of gear or hydraulic motors can be connected to this worm drive due to the universal input hole form.
Supply Capacity
We can provide customers with the detailed slewing drive parameters and meet the customization requirements.
Application
Our dual worm slewing drive is widely used in the relative rotating parts of various machines.
1. Drive modular vehicle wheel to rotate
2. Rotate the leather hose of slick collection machine
3. Drive the cable winding and unwinding vehicle to rotate
