Humidifying Machine

Our humidifying machine mainly has three functions as demonstrated below.
1. Preprocess wafer biscuits to improve the final taste.
2. Enhance the toughness of wafer sheets to reduce the potential of cracking especially when the filled layer is too heavy.
3. Bond wafer sheet with filled layer firmly to avoid cracking problems.

Feature
1. This wafer biscuit processing machine takes advantage of SH series constant-temperature and constant-humidity control system to provide different temperature and humidity combinations, so as to deal with various kinds of wafer biscuits. Technically speaking, when wafer sheets have just left baking ovens, their temperature and moisture content are 98℃ and ≤2%, respectively. After processed by our humidifying machine, these two parameters are changed to 40℃ and 3-8%.

2. For sanitary considerations, this chocolate-filled wafer production equipment adopts stainless steel to manufacture mechanical parts that will contact with wafer biscuits, and there is a germicidal device which could carry out ozone sterilization when wafer production comes to a halt.

3. Our wafer humidifier offers a humidifying condition where the temperature and RH ranges are 30-40℃ and 35-40% respectively, and the humidifying process lasts for 5-8 minutes.
