1. Transverse and longitudinal driving solution with precise (IT07) pinion and rack transmission mechanism is adopted in our CNC gantry cutting machine. The transverse rail is made of double-shaft guide rail, while the longitudinal rail is made of precisely processed steel rail. Thus the stability, precision, durability and good appearance can be guaranteed.

2. The precise gear reducer is used for ensuring the moving precision and balance.

3. The driving system consist AC servo motor and highly precise Germany planetary gear reducer, making the machine work stably. The speed range is as wide as 0-10m/min, and the speed can be increased directly (0-1.2m/min) without accelerating process at all.

4. The CNC system of our CNC gantry cutting machine is provided by American Hypertherm. Working together with the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), it can lead to a even better controlling system which features with higher stability and super anti-interference performance.

5. The structure of the lifting part is made of alloy alluminium, and the linear rails imported from foreign companies are used for the lifting guide rail. The driving mechanism is outfitted with ballscrews.

6. The use-friendly automatic programming system is designed by absorbing the advantages of worldwide excellent solutions and nesting systems, on the basis of AutoCAD software. Thus the CNC programming process of our CNC gantry cutting machine is greatly simplified.
