JPVF's film-type deaerator is made with the latest in thermal deaeration technology. Its design changes from the traditional spray-type to a more advanced water-vortex type. In this deaeration set-up, water is reduced into a thin film so that the air bubbles contained in it only have travel a short distance to be released from water. Creating a thin, vortex sheet of water helps improve deaeration efficiency, ensure even heat distribution, and reduce the steam consumption. Benefits of using this film-type deaerator also include excellent stability, flexibility, and reduced water quality and temperature requirements. It is popularly used to remove dissolved oxygen and other gases from boiler feed water in electric power plants and industrial processes, preventing corrosion damage to boiler metal.

Features
1. Advanced steam separator is used to replace old, conical deaeration structure to scrub off any moisture entrained by the steam.
2. Water film guide arranged around the circumference of the center post or manifold directs thin sheet of water flow along the surface of internal manifold, creating powerful downward swirling water even at low load as well as a thin conical sheet of water.
3. The packing design utilizes a number of structured grid packings to make up a cylindrical body. In addition to desirable features commonly found in the wire mesh structured packing and corrugated packing, the structured grid packing exposes a large surface area to the water, offers little pressure drop, and delivers a high level of flexibility in operation. Besides, it is quite effective at separating oxygen from water while traps little energy.
4. Inside the deaerator water box is a reboiler that quickly brings water to a high temperature for effective deaeration. It also helps reduce water box vibration and noise, thereby extending water box's service life and ensuring safe use of our film-type deaerator.
