Solar Discoloration Ink
Our solar discoloration ink is also a security printing ink which is colorless indoors while displays various colors when exposed to UV light outdoors. Basic colors include red, purple, blue, sky blue, green, orange and yellow.
This color changing ink can be applied to screen printing. It is great for producing products that are used to test the strength of UV ray and anti-counterfeiting products as well.
Specifications
1.The UV sensitive ink can be dried by air, fire and ultraviolet light. Proper thinner can be used to dilute it (water-based ink is available and diluted by water). Printing background should be white or light white that can increase the degree of color difference.
2. In screen printing, 150-200 meshes are the optimal choice. Apart from silkscreen printing, the solar discoloration ink is applied to offset, transfer and spray printing. Applicable substrates include paper, cloth, metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, etc.
