Features
1. The high speed automatic rotary die cutter comes with a vacuum suction kick-type feeding system. The wind flow is adjustable. It can implement smooth feeding according to the size and bend degree of paperboard.
2. The side gauges can be adjusted manually. The front shutter can be adjusted synchronically and manually for three-layer and five-layer corrugated cardboard as well as for the clearance of manual movement.
3. The phase adjustment device of this rotary die cutting machine comes in planetary gear structure.
4. Mechanical drive rubber covered rollers, equipped with radial differential device, can move left and right for 30mm, uniformly distributing wear and thereby extending its service life.
5. The high speed automatic rotary die cutter features symmetrical adjustment that can enhance running stability.
6. Our automatic corrugated board die cutter supports automatic recording and storing. Production quantity can also be set in advance.
7. The skip feeding device provides the options of consecutive feeding or skip feeding as per your demands.
