Clofentezine is an acaricide that belongs to the tetrazine chemical group. It acts primarily as an ovicide, with some activity on early motile stages. Also, it has a specific contact mode of action with long residual activity. The compound does not appear to affect predatory mites or beneficial insect species in field experiments.

Function
This agricultural chemical is ideal for the residual control of mites in plant protection. It is used on a wide range of crops, apples, pears, stone fruit, nuts, ornamentals, almonds etc.

Benefits
1. Clofentezine is not a skin irritant or eye irritant.
2. As with other mammals, it does not pose a high toxicity risk to humans.
3. Those workers who supervise the clofentezine production line are not affected by exposure to this chemical. Also, no studies on potential risk are available.
4. This product is not classified as an endocrine disruptor, but some sources list it as a suspected endocrine disruptor.

Note
The chemical for farming use is a low-toxicity pesticide. However, parts of body in contact with the product must be cleaned with clean water or soap.

This product is stored in condition of dryness, while simultaneously being kept away from fire. The period of validity is two years.
