SS304 tube ended exhaust flexible pipe with inner braid (polished SS409 tube end), a necessary flexible connector for vehicle exhaust system.

Also known as exhaust bellow, the exhaust flexible pipe is installed in the exhaust pipe between the exhaust manifold and the muffler. The corrugated bellow allows an adjustable union to be formed between otherwise inflexible pipes. Its function is to:
1. absorb vibration and noise;
2. facilitate installation;
3. extend the life of the exhaust system.

The pipe body consists of double-ply corrugated metal bellow cased in an outer braid and lined with an inner braid. Both ends of the exhaust flexible pipe have extension tubes to facilitate welding. In particular, we increased the height of the corrugations to enhance the efficacy of vibration absorption.
