Process Description
The cold drawing and BA seamless tube with high precision is made of premium carbon steel by cold drawing and non-oxidation bright heat treatment (NBK condition). Nondestructive testing is enforced to the cold drawn seamless tube.
In addition, the internal wall of this seamless steel pipe will be cleaned by specialized equipment and experience high pressure washing. Anti-rust oil is coated on the hydraulic steel tube for preventing rust and dust prevention treatment will be done to the two end covers.
