Crack Sealing Truck
The AD5080TYHGF crack sealing truck is comprehensive road maintenance equipment, mainly used to fill cracks in modified asphalt or sealant of asphalt concrete pavement. Other functions of the crack sealing truck include power generating, welding, painting, aerial lifting, night lighting, etc. The concrete crack repair vehicle is also equipped with power output interface, providing power for a variety of electric tools.
Construction of Crack Sealing Truck
The crack sealing truck consists of crack filling device, air compressor, pavement grooving machine, engine, and electric generator (welder). The pavement grooving machine widens and cleans up cracks in cement or asphalt pavement, and then the hot air gun purges fissures. Powered by generators, the burner works to heat the sealant in the tank. Delivery hose and gun barrel use electric heating. The mixing and transport are driven by a hydraulic motor, which has forward output and reverse withdraw mechanisms to prevent sealant from blocking the barrel. The electric generator (welder) driven by imported gasoline engine can provide electricity for the on-board equipment as well as 220V or 380V power for other small devices. The generator also serves as a welder.

Features of Crack Sealing Truck
1. The pavement grooving machine is installed in the front of the crack sealing equipment, and the crack filling equipment is mounted in the rear. The structure ensures safe driving and flexible steering.
2. The pavement grooving machine and the crack filling equipment are removable, so that the crack sealing truck can be used as a multi-purpose vehicle for transportation.
3. The hot air gun can efficiently preheat and clean the tank, and effectively improve the adhesion between the crack filler and the road surface, so that the adhesive sealant will achieve optimal results.
4. Alloy cutters on the pavement grooving machine are of international standards, and they can be replaced with any homemade or imported tools.
