HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant
Designed typically for use on medium-sized construction projects, HZS75 concrete batching plant is seen very often at highways, railways, and base course construction sites. Computer-based weighing device is employed for dynamic weighing, suited for use in continuous concrete production process.
Features of HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant
1. JS1500 twin-shaft mixer comes with wear-resistant, removable blades and liners.
2. Discharge gate is opened or closed through the movement of an electrically-driven push rod or an air cylinder.
2. PLC2400 concrete batcher consists of the feeding system, weighing system, and electrical control. Three feeders are arranged in a straight line. A belt conveyor is used to supply concrete mix from cycle to cycle. Four load cells ensure weighing accuracy.
3. Powdery materials and water are weighed on an electronic scale.
4. The framing of the entire concrete plant is of a welded steel structure. Upon request, we can add paints to the framing surface for durability.
