Carbon Steel Oil Tank Semi-Trailer
Having the available effective volumes of 36m3 and 40m3, our carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer is manufactured with the 6mm Q235 panel. We adopt the technology of straight welding joint, automatic welding and inside and outside full welding to the tank's body and tank head.
The clapboards are set on about every 1.5m of the tank's body of our carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer. The tank trailer's corrugated water resistant boards are fully welded with surrounding edge. There are water outlets separately on the left rear and right rear of the tank's body, and the subsea valve is optional to control the bottom of the tank.
Features of Carbon Steel Oil Tank Semi-Trailer
1. Made from imported steel plate, the tank of our carbon steel fuel tank semi-trailer has its head in the shape of dish, which is of excellent strength.
2. There is pneumatic lift guard rail on the top of the oil tank, both facilitating the operation and ensuring the worker's safety.
3. Our carbon steel tank truck has loading system on the bottom of the tank, which can realize the bottom loading in addition to the top loading. It effectively increases the working efficiency and ensures workers' safety.
4. We have oil vapor recovery system to enable the oil vapor's internal circulation between our carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer and the oil storage tank. Consequently, it avoids the oil vapor leakage to the air and eliminates the hidden danger in the oil depot.
5. The anti-overflow system of our carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer can avoid the overflow caused by overloading. In other words, when it comes to the bottom loading, operators do not need to open the manhole to check if the liquid inside the tank is full or not.
6. Our carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer will automatically brake in the process of loading and unloading. It will not release the braking until the loading or unloading is completed, which effectively guarantee the safety of vehicles and oil depot.
7. We have multiple protective measures and products, such as the imported anti-explosion manhole and emergency valve, to ensure the security and reliability of our carbon steel oil tank semi-trailer. Even though the accident happens, the leakage, danger or pollution will not happen.
