Brief Description
Here is our explosion proof overhead crane. All motors and electric equipment of this bridge crane feature excellent explosion proof performance that is in accordance with the standards of GB3836.2-2000. In addition, the whole crane performance meets the standards for explosion proof cranes stipulated by JB/T5897-2006. Through relevant tests, this hoisting crane has obtained explosion proof certificate. The explosion proof marks are ExdII BT4 and ExdII CT4 respectively.

The explosion proof overhead crane is suitable for the areas where the anti-hazard classification is not higher than grade II B or grade II C, and the ignition temperature is not lower than group T4. Applicable hazardous zones of this industrial lifting equipment include zone 1 and zone 2.

Applications
The explosion proof overhead crane in mainly used in the factory which is filled in explosive mixture of inflammable gas and vapor. The explosion proof grade of the area is II C or II B or less, and ignition temperature is between T1 and T4.

1. Three-phase A.C. power supply; 380V, 50Hz (Rated voltage can also depends on local demand)
2. Ambient temperature: -25℃~ 40℃
3. Relative humidity: ≤50% at a temperature of 40℃
4. Special design is available if required.
