Our offset printer has stable and reliable inverter undertake the functions of positive and negative inching, operation, constant speed, braking, etc. The electronic thermal relay inside the inverter is responsible for the overload protection of the motor.
2. There are programmable logic controller (PLC) and frontier electronic paper control program in the control circuit of our single color offset printing machine. If the "paper feed" button is pressed, the operation will automatically start according to the set procedures. The cases of double sheets, empty sheets or crooked sheets will be automatically detected in the printing process.
3. Our offset printing press's eccentric paper feed unit has conjugate cam and constant force device, which can ensure smooth, steady, accurate and reliable paper feeding.
4. The pressure regulation of the ink roller and dampening roller is adjusted by the eccentric structure of worm and worm gear. It has large adjustment range and easy operation.
5. This single color offset printing machine has compact gripper device, which can facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the printing plate.
6. Having the optimal computer-based design and machined by CNC milling and grinding, the cam on our offset press has reasonable contour, high precision, smooth operation and low noise.

8. There is an advanced automatic interference/fault diagnosis display on our offset printing machine, which can help look for the source of interference and remove it promptly.
