Welded Ball Valve
The welded ball valve allows for frequent operation, and can work for extended periods of time, even when exposed to impurities and chemical substances. It is commonly used in petrochemical pipe systems, oil and gas industries, iron and steel plants, central heating systems, and natural gas distribution systems.
Advantage
1. The fully welded ball valve is manufactured using a series of welding processes. Due to this, there is no body flange, reducing potential leaks.
2. Because the valve seat is a combination of a disc spring (Belleville washer) and carbon fiber reinforced PTFE, it is adaptable to both pressure and temperature changes. This eliminates the risk of leakage within limited pressure and temperature ranges.
3. When it comes to sealing, the carbon fiber reinforced PTFE seat ring is pressed against the ball surface by the disc spring to ensure zero leakage, even when the fluid pressure is unstable.
4. Our welded ball valve comes with various end connections and operating options.

Operating mechanisms: Handle, worm gear, pneumatic actuator, electric actuator
5. The welded body ball valve is constructed from high-quality materials to realize even stress distribution, and it won't get deformed under the effect of earthquake or shock.
6. When compared with similar industrial valves, this two-way ball valve is smaller and more visually appealing. It is made from high-quality raw materials, allowing it to withstand at least PN25. This floating ball is precisely manufactured to achieve easy and convenient control.
7. Our welded ball valve is easy to install, and does not need to be adjusted, lubrication or maintenance. Under normal working conditions, it has a life span of over 15 years.
8. Based on construction requirements, the valve body length and valve stem length can be adjusted.
