Wet Granulation Machine
This particular wet granulation machine is the latest we have created. It can be used to granulate fermented bio materials into fine grains. Different from other granulators, this wet granulator can directly process materials that have not been previously dried, significantly reducing energy consumption and improving the production efficiency.
As all the organic particles can be stuck together under external pressure, a bonding agent is not needed during the granulation process. This finished pellets are globular in shape, and are composed of 100% organic materials that are high strength and easy to dry.
Features
1. The organic materials come with a moisture content ranging from 20-40% and can be directly granulated by this wet granulator machine without having to be put through a drying process.
2. This fertilizer machine can make finer grains from organic particles that have not been previously shredded.
3. The granulation rate ranges from 80 to 90%.
Applications
1. This new wet granulation machine has a wide range of applications that include the granulation of organic fertilizers made from animal manure, peat, farmyard manure and other bio waste and urban garbage. Each model is designed for specific applications.
2. The compressive pressure of the materials to be granulated is generally higher than the finished pellets. With no drying process required, it significantly reduces production costs while increasing productivity. These attributes make the fertilizer pelletizer an ideal machine for fermented organic fertilizers.
