Our double twist strander has a compact structure which takes up less floor space than other bunching machines, but has a higher working efficiency. The maximum speed of this double twist stranding machine reaches up to 5000rpm. Used with φ188 bobbins, the double twist strander is specially used for stranding brass plated high carbon steel wires. Using SKF bearings as its spindle and bed shaft, the double twist buncher has a stable operation and long service life. It is often used with other steel wire processing equipment to form a complete steel cord production line.
