As a kind of anti rust oil with lubricant, the rust prevention oil is an optimum corrosion prevention method for ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and galvanized plates.

No cleaning or degreasing required on metals which are ready for immediate use. Lubricating rust preventative oil offers maximum rust protection to ferrous and nonferrous metals. Suitable for automobile, motorcycle, machine tool attachments, machined parts, and machinery in process or preservation. Up to 1 year service life.
SF/Y 246B Rust Preventive Oil (A lubricant and corrosion preventative thin film)	Non-drying oil, similar in functions to 202B, provides up to 2 years of rust protection. Model 246B lubricating rust preventive oil is highly praised by a large engine cylinder liner enterprise.

SF/Y 242D50 (A lubricant and multifunctional rust proofing oil for electrostatic spraying)	Exceptional rust prevention and lubrication performance suits this lubricating rust preventive oil for use in calendering process. This water-displacing oil is easily washed off by alkaline wash. High breakdown voltage allows it to be applied to metals surfaces through a process known as electrostatic spraying. Of course, the oil is also application by dip, brush, etc. The brownish oil turns clear after dry on cold-rolled steel plates (or coils), alloy steel plates (or coils), and galvanized steel plates (or coils).

Method of Use
Please ensure the metal surface is clean, dry prior to applying the corrosion prevention oil.
Apply the anti rust oil by dip, spray, or brush at room temperature.

Storage
Keep the lubricating rust preventive oil tightly sealed in its original pail or drum, avoiding any contact with moisture or other impurities. Keep the oil dry, out of direct sunlight, and away from rain or fire source.
