Twin Shaft Shredder
With 10 years of study of biomass fuel equipment, we have successfully developed the twin shaft shredder and use it to reduce the size of granular materials, making them ready for pelletizing in the biomass fuel production process. Compared to other shredding machines, our dual shaft shredder is a biomass shredder with a lower shaft spinning speed, produces lower noise levels, consumes less energy and has a higher shredding efficiency.
Functions and Applications
This twin shaft shredder is a machine that carries out the crushing of raw or leftover materials, in order to make them smaller. Plastic shredding machines, rubber shredding machines, tire shredding machines, garbage shredding machines, and metal shredding machines are common shredders on today’s market.
Our twin shaft shredder is primarily used for the following applications:

3. This rotary shredder is also widely used in the plastic recycling industry, for shredding large-diameter PE pipes, bundled plastic film, and large piles of plastic sheets. It can also be used to shred plastic and rubber leftover materials for producing plastic bags, tires, garbage bins and more.
4. Shred textile materials such as carpet to recycle the fibers.
