Submersible Ultrasonic Cleaner

The submersible ultrasonic cleaner is usually applied in large-scale electroplating production line and all kinds of non-standard equipment for oil, dust, and wax removals before surface treatment. The industrial ultrasonic cleaner with several optional installation places (like bottom, flank, overhead, etc.) is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and the ultrasonic power can be set according to tank dimension.
The vibration device of the submersible ultrasonic cleaner consists of ultrasonic vibration plate and ultrasonic generator. If you have had a general cleaning tank, you can add a vibration device and turn it into an ultrasonic cleaning tank. Ultrasonic vibration device with submersible vibration plate is made by sticking ultrasonic transducer into enclosed 316 stainless steel box or titanium box, and connecting its wire with split ultrasonic generator, and it can be put into cleaning fluid directly.
