This three layer blown film machine is designed to produce a continuous 0.02 - 0.15mm-thick packaging film using LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and MLLPE. It is best suited for the production of food-packaging film, agricultural film, milk-packaging film and meat-packaging film.
These types of films have many advantages, such as temperature retention, protection against moisture, wind, rain, rust, insulation, oxygen resistance, and oil repellence.
Depending on the desired film quality, different-sized materials can be mixed in each screw.
The traction tower is equipped with a haul-off design and integrated brake control (IBC) to optimize film quality and increase output.
