Introduction

The fuel oil supply and booster module is made up of a three-way change-over valve, coarse filter, automatic fine filter, flow meter, mixing tank, booster pump, heat exchanger, viscosity control system, and other specially designed components. The fuel oil in the service tank will flow into the coarse and booster pump through the three-way change-over valve. After filtering by the automatic fine filter, the oil flows into the viscosity and mixing tank and is then heated by the heat exchanger. The next station comes to the viscosity control system to test oil viscosity——the control valve will automatically adjust its opening to control the input of steam or hot oil in the heat exchanger, which can transmit more or less heat to the fuel oil when the viscosity doesn't meet the standard. Standard fuel oil will finally pump into the diesel engine, through the adjustment of the fuel injection pump and pressure regulating valve, extra fuel oil can return to the mixing tank or HFO daily tank. This system can preheat the fuel oil and swiftly exchange HFO and LFO even when the diesel engine is not in operation.

CRGD fuel oil supply and booster module can provide suitable HFO (suitable flow, pressure and viscosity)for diesel engines.

  • CRGD fuel oil supply and booster module is a fuel feeding system installed in the front of the diesel engine, its three-way change-over valve can swiftly realize the change of LFO and HFO, ensuring the engine's normal functions.
  • The CRGD fuel oil supply and booster module adopts compressed air to filter the fuel oil.
  • Each CRGD fuel oil supply and booster module is equipped with a tube heater and convection heater.
  • CRGD fuel oil supply and booster modules consists of several independent devices which can be easily disassembled. Our customers can easily install, adjust, operate and maintain CRGD units.
  • There is an operating deck in front of the CRGD for operators.
  • When used in ship repair, CRGD units can be separated to pass through the cabin.
