Application

The CFD combined unit for oil separators is a separating system designed to remove oil from unwanted particles and water. The system is suitable for use with marine diesel engines and their portable fuel oil.

Characteristics

CFD oil separator can purify fuel oil, LFO or HFO and lubricating oil with 1.01kg/L max density at 15℃.
Separating effect: For first separation, ≥10um particles can be totally leached and 95% particles with 5~10 um can be leached.
Separating volume: 0.4~10 m³/h.
CFD combined unit for oil separator can make instructions such as engine's operating and stopping, separator's and supply pump's working. A PLC system can carry out such program operations as automatic filtering, rotating speed display, and fault alarm.
CFD provides normally-closed dry contact in fault alarm and normally-opened dry contact in operation.
Noise: lower than 75db (1m from separator).
CFD needs no man when operating and its MTBF (mean time between failures) is about 10000h.
CFD unit is equipped with WESTFALIA and ALFALAVAL oil separators.
