    Water-injected Oil-Free Rotary Screw Compressors lubricate the components with drinking-water-standard clean water and remove any risk of contamination by oil. If you need 100% oil-free air, this series of oil free rotary screw air compressor is your ideal choice. Ideal for applications include food and beverage processing, textile manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutica manufacturing and many more.
  • Anti-corrosive
    The main machine and components of oil-free compressor are all made by anti-corrosion stainless steel, which eases the maintenance and extends compressor life.
  • Energy efficient
    Due to the superior cooling capability of water, HANOS water-injected oil free compressors offer the improved energy efficiency. The compression process is near the isothermal compression to produce more compressed air per kW of power.
  • Hermetically sealed
    HANOS adopts the patented sealing technology to seal the meshing gaps between the screws and the clearance between bearings and the compression chamber, which improves the working efficiency and enables the generation of 100% oil-free air.
