Features
1. This square bottom paper bag machine comes with an enhanced pre-stack paper feeder which can achieve non-stop paper feeding. Therefore, time for paper load and adjustment can be greatly saved.
2. Due to the front and side guides of this paper bag machine, every sheet of paper can be precisely positioned so that every batch of bags can keep uniformity.
3. The automatic paper bag making machine is specially equipped with a pasting device that is applicable to either big or small sides pasting.
4. Combining with the pasting device, a gluing system is delicately designed to meet various requirements of the users. This gluing system features tape roll and spray gun glue coating modes. The tape roll adhesive gluing system is fitted for water soluble cold glue while the spray gun adhesive gluing system is used for hot melt glue coating.
5. The bag making equipment is designed with an advanced screw rod adjusting unit which can considerably shorten setup time for manufacturing different specifications of bags, thus improving production efficiency.
6. This type of paper bag making machine enjoys an automatic bag collecting function due to the automatic collecting system. In mass production of paper bags, this system can carry out automatic bag counting and collecting, thereby reducing labor cost while improving work efficiency.
