Sheet to sheet litho laminator for laminating corrugated board

DINGSHUNG automatic high speed flute laminator is capable of performing all types of laminating jobs, such as laminating corrugated board with cardboard, cardboard with cardboard, cardboard with grey board.

Features
  • Quick adjustment: one-click smart adjustment, using a motion control system, simply input the paper size and the system adjusts automatically.
  • High speed: the maximum laminating speed is 15,000 sheets per hour (180m/min).
  • High precision: high-speed motion control, front lay positioning and full-length tracking of the side lay ensure high-speed lamination accuracy of ±1mm.
  • Can be used for both paperboard and corrugated board lamination.

Configurations
Feeder

A 4.0kw vacuum pump and a 360-degree rotating high-speed sheet feeding head, allowing for fast and smooth feeding of both thin and thick paper. There are 4 sets of front sheet separation suction nozzles and 4 sets of sheet feeding suction nozzles. The displacement structure adopts a bearing guide rail system. The lifting motor uses an extra-large turbine reducer to meet the requirements of the feeder, ensuring stable lifting speed and greater force.

Sheet Alignment System

A self-developed control system is adopted to automatically calculate the position and size of the paper, and to control the action of front lay. This enables high-speed precision lamination, with full-length tracking and positioning by the high-speed side lay, reducing equipment idle time and improving production efficiency.

Bottom Sheet Feeding System

Servo control system features high sensitivity and speed, and ensures smooth bottom sheet feeding and prevents paper jams. The variable frequency control of air volume, combined with agile switching by solenoid valve, ensures complete suction of the bottom sheet, making the operation simple.

Bottom Sheet Gluing System

An imported glue pump is adopted to assist in the automatic glue supply system. The coating head adopts a stainless steel mesh roller, which has undergone two fine grinding processes, achieving an accuracy of ±0.005mm. Equipped with high-precision glue adjustment rollers, it can adjust the glue amount to 8g/m2 to ensure uniform gluing for thin and thick paper, suitable for the lamination of A, B, C, E, and F flutes with liner.

Electrical Control System

The electrical control system adopts a self-developed motion control system, making equipment operation simple and easy. By inputting the paper size via the touch screen, the equipment can automatically adjust the settings, saving time for changing and adjusting. The use of the motion control system, human-machine interface, sound alerts, and light signal display PLC connected to each other can automatically detect production status, abnormal conditions, maintenance status, and work records. It can also view machine abnormalities online and promptly address related issues.

In a box production line, an automatic flute and groove laminating machine, also known as a flute laminator, is a common equipment used to adhere liner paper onto the flutes of corrugated cardboard or bond one paperboard sheet to another using adhesive. Suitable flute types include A, B, C, E, and F flutes. The flute laminator is designed with an automatic suction system for the top liner paper and bottom corrugated board, making it ideal for producing high-end packaging boxes.

Packaging companies generally use our equipment for flute laminating, which is suitable for processing wine boxes, shoe boxes, hang tags, gift boxes, etc.

  • Board to board: Lamination can be done to make all piles parallel or cross-grained (each ply rotates 90 degrees) for better stability and enhanced strength. Gluing options are limitless—tell us what you need, we'll make it happen!
  • Paper to board: We can laminate plain or printed paper onto sheets of paperboard (one or both sides).
