Swing Beam Shear
The swing beam shear features a hydraulic system that enables the most efficient cut. The unique blade ram (swing beam) design allows easy adjustment of the stroke of the metal shear blade in a stepless manner. The blade gap, which refers to the gap between the upper blade and the lower blade, is easily adjustable. Below are two types of our hydraulic swing beam shear.
Hydraulically powered blade ram (also known as swing beam). Integrated solid machine frame is welded to last a lifetime. Return cylinder is used to move the swing beam back to the top of the stroke.
Model QC12Y hydraulic swing beam shear cuts sheets and plates 4mm to 40mm thick and with width ranging from 2500mm to 6000mm. Compared to QC12K series, this plate shear features an easier set-up and is available at a lower price.
