GHL High Speed Mixer Granulator
Overview
The GHL high speed mixer granulator is a new generation of granulating machine combining wet mixing and granulation functions. By adopting state-of-the-art technologies, it is user-friendly and also a perfect match of facility and technology, coming with rational structure and remarkable functionality.
Powdery materials and adhesives are mixed into wet soft materials by bottom mixing paddle of cylindrical vessel. Then, the materials are transformed into uniform wet granules by side-mounted high-speed smashing paddle inside the high speed mixer granulator.
Features
1. Our high speed mixer granulator is designed with horizontal cylindrical structure, easy for operation and cleaning.
2. Water can be fed into the mixer granulator to clean air-inflated, sealed drive shaft.
3. Fluidization technology makes finished products near-spherical. Meanwhile, the products possess excellent liquidity.
4. The adhesives used for production is reduced by 20% than traditional craft. Besides, drying time for batch production is merely 2 minutes, and only 1 to 4 minutes are needed for granulation. Therefore, work efficiency of this high speed mixer granulator is increased by 4-5 times.
5. Drying, wet mixing and granulating procedures are accomplished within one vessel. Thus, operation is simplified and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
