HENGLIDA offers a variety of standard and custom slitter blades for your specific slitting applications. Our circular slitter knives and rotary slitting blades are widely used for slitting paper, film, gold leaf, varakh, aluminum foil, magnetic tape and other items with minimal cutting resistance and maximum wear resistance. We use high quality materials, including 9CrSi, Crl2MoV, W6Mo5Cr4V2, WI8Cr4V for manufacturing the slitter blades. Each slitter blade is manufactured according to customer requirements for sizes and shapes within 25 business days, with a thickness tolerance of ±0.001mm and a surface roughness of Ra0.1μm.
