Introduction
UP000, KP000, KFL000 and UFL000 type product are all made up with a light-weight bearing and a zinc alloy bearing pedestal. UP000 and KP000 are pillow block bearings and KFL000 and UFL000 are two bolt flange bearings. All of them are equipped with bearings with 0 series diameter. They are housed bearings which require no add of grease. They are light weight and purified. UP000 and KFL000 come with eccentric locking collars while KP000 and KFL000 have set screws.
The zinc alloy pillow block bearings will not rust even after used for a long period of time. Hence, they can be used in occasions in need of clean environment.
The insert bearing with zinc alloy housing is mainly used on food machines and medicine machines.
