Rotary Capping Machine
The rotary capping machine has 6/8 manipulators to carry out automatic bottle feed, cap settling, cap clamping, and capping. Capping is accomplished using a belt, ensuring no bottle damage. During screw capping, the pneumatic clamp is used to tighten the cap, and the machine is also outfitted with a high-performance clutch. Capping will continue automatically after slipping, with no cap damage. With a high capping speed, this equipment features a high pass rate with minimal unqualified products leaving the production line. After capping is complete, the clamp will automatically move away, preventing any damage to the cap. Both the pass rate and capping speed are exceptionally high.
