Features
1. As a reliable street lighting and street lamp poles manufacturer in China, we design and manufacture the XLD-L002B 400W street light in compliance with the standard of IEC60598-2-3 and this product conforms to the CE standard.
2. The well-designed mounting modules support both lateral mounting and vertical mounting of this selection of street lights. The inner diameter of the mounting hole is 65mm.
3. The adjusting device allows our street lights to tilt at an angle of 0°, 5°, 10° or 15°.
4. The lighting tube position can be adjusted to achieve the most suitable light distribution effects.
5. In consideration of outdoor operating environment, this road lamp adopts silicon rubber sealing gaskets which are resistant to high temperature of 250℃.
6. This selection of 400W HPS street lights is designed with protection grade of IP65.
7. The lamp shell of this street light is made of aluminum alloy processed by high pressure die casting. The top and bottom shells are supported and locked by an SS304 stainless steel hinge mechanism. At the same time, the top and bottom shells are enclosed by one 50mm-wide SS304 stainless steel clip.
Components of Street Lights
1. Reflector
Inside our street lights there is a reflector which is made of high purity aluminum stamped with longitudinal lines and is anodized. The reflector is fixed to the aluminum lamp shell by galvanized steel screws. Therefore, this lighting fixture can work nominally in offshore areas.
2. Diffuser
The diffuser used in our roadway light is a highly transparent toughened cambered glass shade in the thickness of 5mm. The diffuser glass is stuck to the aluminum reflector by white paste with good heat proof performance.
3. Lamp Holder
The porcelain lamp holder is of E40 type.
