Vertical Basket Top Discharge Centrifuge
Vertical basket top discharge centrifuge, also called top unloading centrifuge, is suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspension with 0.01mm solid particles. The top discharging centrifuge has filter bag, due to its simple structure, it can discharge materials through the manually opened top cover. The vertical basket centrifuge is economical and is suitable for low volume applications and pilot plant. The top discharging centrifuge has been widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and light industries, especially in industries requiring high environmental cleanliness.

- The top cover of the vertical basket top discharge centrifuge can be fully opened for convenient cleaning.
- Inverting filter bag and basket rim are both removable.
- Our top discharge centrifuges are equipped with Clean-In-Place (CIP) system so that all interior parts of the centrifuge can be washed thoroughly, ensuring the cleaning results conforms to GMP standards.
- The method of inertisation with nitrogen is adopted for explosion-proof, which can prevent the centrifuge basket from the outside air.
- All fasteners and basket are made of stainless steel to meet hygienic and sterile demands.
- Started by frequency converter to ensure stability. Besides, the centrifugal force (g-force factor) is adjustable.
- The centrifuge casing is fully openable for total accessibility to internal components, which ensures that these internal components between the centrifuge casing and the basket can be cleaned thoroughly.
- This top discharge centrifuge features optimal sealing performance, rubber seals or fluoro-rubber seals are optional.
