2 Bolt Flange Bearing Units
Introduction
UCFL 2 bolt flange bearing unit is a combination of a bearing pedestal FL and a UC bearing. It includes UCFL200 series and UCFL300 series. The pedestal is also matched with UK, UNL (NA), UB and SB type bearing.
UCFL series features light and handy structure and easy installation. It is applicable to transmission parts with small area. Like UCF series, this series of 2-bolt flange bearing is usually installed on vertical surfaces such as the side face of a machine. The center distance between two installation bolts on a FL pedestal is the same as the center distance between two bolts at opposite angles on an F pedestal. Hence, FL pedestal and F pedestal can be exchanged.
SBLF200 series 2 bolt flange bearing units are designed with light weight. There are seven types from SBLF201to SBLF207. The pedestal LF can also work with UB (SB) and UE (SA) bearing.
This kind of flange mount bearing is usually used on packaging machines and food sorting machines.
