Fuctions

The corrugated box slotter is used for slotting the printed paperboard regularly to form primary paperboard shape.

Features

The corrugated box slotter can choose to use single-shaft and single-knife or use double-shaft and double-knife to slot. The knifes before and after are powered by electric and setted by computer, which is highly adaptable.
The surfaces of the knife shaft and the creasing shaft are all hard chrome plated and undergo second finish grinding.
The corrugated box slotter is equipped with a flexible corner cutter and there is no need to adjust the corrugated box making machine no matter the cardboard is three or five or seven layers.
The pressure wheels are powered by electric and the gap between the pressure wheels can be adjusted by computer settings.
The phase is fixed by electromagnetic brake mechanism and the knife should keep fixed when the corrugated box making machine and the platform are separate or the phase is adjusting.
The corrugated box making machine is equipped with a touch screen for data setting, so it can be controlled easily.
The corrugated box making machine has a touch screen and it greatly shortens the time of adjusting machine.
The slotter can be optionally equipped with humidification system for creasing to ensure the paperboard slotting more precise and trimming more smooth.
