The MK-LS-420E vertical form fill seal machine is specially designed for packaging heavier hardware screws. It utilizes a mixed weighing method of a weighing hopper and vibration bowl counting, with the hopper responsible for weighing the product out for a near target weight, and the vibration bowl feeder used for secondary weighing and adding 1 to 2 products to the target weight. This ensures the weighing accuracy and packaging speed. The V shaped vibration bowl is adaptable to a variety of items, giving it an excellent compatibility and allowing it to meet most material packaging requirements. In addition, the vibration bowl interior is coated in a polyurethane (PU) adhesive in order to significantly reduce noise levels.
