Continuous Extrusion Machine for Copper Busbar
TJ600 continuous extrusion line for copper profiles is an effective short-process production line. It adopts 25mm up-casting oxygen free copper rods, which can be directly extruded to large or super large copper stripes with maximum width of 320mm via dies. These copper products are usually used to make the input and output terminals of large transformers, large high and low voltage switchgears and electric appliances.

Features
- Based on continuous extrusion technique, the TJ600 continuous rotary extrusion line is capable of directly producing copper busbar and copper strip products at a time without further processing. The maximum sectional area of extruded products is 320×12mm.
- Our continuous rotary extrusion machine is designed with an adjustable scrubber which is driven by a planetary gear unit and an advanced oxidation-prevention device. This makes the blank in high purity and oxidation-free state.
- The continuous rotary extrusion line is available with a special cooling system. Thus, the lifespan of the abutment can be prolonged manyfold because of the reduced exposure time to high temperatures and high pressures. Accordingly, the direct production costs can be cut down to a large extent. On average, the spare parts cost for producing 100 tons of copper products is only 100RMB.
