This modular air-cooled heat pump module is an ideal choice for projects with scarce water resources, or no available workshop room. It is especially designed to produce cooling and heating energy, with up to 8 units in each module and a cooling capacity range of 60kW-160kW, and a heating range of 70kW-170kW, with a cool water temperature range of 5°C ~ 20°C and a hot water temperature range of 35~50°C.

This control system incorporates a modular approach, allowing multiple elements to be combined into one unit. With just one system managing multiple units, an effective method of monitoring and controlling the execution of all components is centralized. Meanwhile each units can still be operated independently.

  • Intelligent microcomputer-control system

    The units record the length of time that the compressor is running, and adjust the start and stop times accordingly. When loading and unloading the running load, maintain balance of operation among the compressors and keep wear evened out. Password protection is available in multiple levels all with parameters that can be modified, such as a one-time timer, week timer switch, week timing setup, and holiday setting.

  • Easy configuration

    This system offers up to 16 groups of modules and can be easily adjusted to accommodate many capacities. Its modular units and flexible installation options make it suitable even in small areas - it can be set up in a variety of different places and save precious space. Expanding the system's capacity is a breeze, allowing for gradual investment.

  • Reliable operation

    The unit consists of multiple independent refrigerant systems, none of which impair the performance of the other when activated. Even when an alarm shutdown occurs in one system, it won't impact any of the other circuits. Should a module alarm & halt, it does not interfere with the operation of the other modules.

  • Energy efficient

    This air conditioning unit employs a branded compressor and expansion valve and a high-efficiency heat exchanger made in-house to provide a quiet and effective operation. The heat exchanger, which is the most important component, affects the unit’s quality and shelf-life. The heat exchanger tube, the unit’s only external part in contact with the air, should have the right thickness and made of an appropriate material, dependent on the quality of the air and water in the area of use.
