Asphalt Distributor Truck
The AD5250GXL asphalt distributor truck is our self-developed high-tech asphalt equipment, on which we own the independent intellectual property rights. The asphalt distributor truck is used for paving the oil penetrating layer, waterproof layer, and the adhesive layer at the bottom of asphalt pavement in highway construction. It is also suitable for layered paving of county and town roads.
Features of Asphalt Distributor Truck
1. The asphalt distributor can distribute high temperature, high viscosity rubber asphalt, modified asphalt, and heavy traffic asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, emulsified asphalt.
2. Spraying width is adjustable, up to a maximum width of 4m, with distribution evenly done.
3. Once the distributing amount is set, the road construction equipment will exactly spray the asphalt mount, free from the affects of driving speed.
4. Asphalt pump and nozzle boast all-round heating and insulating, to avoid clogging pipes and nozzles.
5. Modular control system design, quick and easy maintenance.
6. Double burner, double stirring device to ensure stable operation of the asphalt distributor truck.
7. Good insulation properties, with average cooling ≤ 1-2 ℃ / h.
8. Multi-valve control can achieve automatic, manual operations according to different operational requirements.
9. The full-power power takeoff design ensures that special requirements of different working conditions can be met.
