Vessel fabrication welding equipment is a kind of device used to rotate cylindrical shaped welding parts with the help of the friction between welding parts and rolling wheels. There are two kinds of vessel fabrication welding machine, namely automatic pipe welding turning roll and adjustable pipe welding turning roll.
Automatic pipe welding turning roll consist of YZG-5 and YZG-500. YZG-5 automatic pipe welding turning roll's capacity is 5 ton and is suitable for workpiece whose diameter is between 250mm and 2300mm.YZG-500 automatic pipe welding turning roll's capacity is 500 ton and is suitable for workpiece whose diameter is between 1800mm and 8000mm. Automatic pipe welding turning roll is equipped with a positioning equipment which can change pivot angles automatically according to workpiece diameters. So it is ideal for cylindrical products welding.
Adjustable pipe welding turning roll is a high quality pipeline welding equipment and is suitable for welding, polishing and assembling cylindrical products. Adjustable pipe welding turning roll's rolling speed can be up to 60m/h. YZK-630, one of adjustable pipe welding turning rolls, has a capacity of 650 ton and can manufacture workpiece whose diameter is up to 8500mm. And we also can provide other kinds of wessel fabrication welding equipment to weld other kinds of products such as cone shaped products.
