As an electrical conductor, copper clad aluminum wire, also referred to as CCAW, or CCA is composed of an aluminum core and outer copper coating. It can be used as a conductor for coaxial cables and various electrical equipment wires, such as a household stereo system.

Features of Copper Clad Aluminum Wire
1. This aluminum electrical conductor features the conductivity of copper with aluminum's light weight, efficiently reducing the cost of winding wire.
2. CCAW does not weld or oxidize easily.
3. Each of our copper clad aluminum wires is high quality. This is due to our equipment: 100 sets of high speed drawing machines, annealing stoves with a vacuum tube and enameled machines. We also have the solderability testing equipment, automatic spring back angle testing instrument and dielectric loss test instruments to ensure the quality in each step.

Application of Copper Clad Aluminum Wire
This bimetallic wire can be used for CATV coaxial cables, RF cables, LAN cables, computer cables and power cables, magnet wire, and power transmission, etc.
