Characteristics
1.Adopt advanced Taiwan TWOWAY cartridge valve hydraulic circuit with little fault, minor reversing impact and high reliability.
2.Oil cylinder is made of alloy cast steel with precision grinding, which ensures reliable performance in high pressure condition.
3.Four columns are made of high strength alloy steel with hard chromium plated surface featuring good wear-resistance.
4.The main hydraulic and electric parts adopt brand-name components from Japan, France, Germany and Taiwan, so the machine enjoys high reliable performance.
5.The slide has fast speed and high productive efficiency.
6.Designed with adjustable drawing speed, the machine is applicable for various thickness metalworking and deep drawing.

Security system
1. Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety. Have a movable single-hand pedal switch.
2. The entire equipment totally security (according to EN292:1994, EN60204:1994 and NR12) and defined as Level 4 of safety.
3. Intrinsic hydraulic safety valve block with redundant control and dynamic monitoring carried out by a security interface.
4. Right side protection: vertical door, pneumatic actuating, made of aluminium frame and polycarbonate transparate plates.

Applications
Stretching/drawing and forming of metal sheets, such as tableware, kitchen utensils, metal shell of motor and electric appliance, lamp house and more.
Shaping, stamping, drawing and edge cutting of metal and non-metal parts.
