Hammer Crusher
The hammer crusher is used with cement and building and mining materials that have a breaking strength no more than 200Mpa. The size of the material may be up to 450-1000mm and can be crushed to an average size of 5-8 mm.
The concrete crusher's unique design lets the rear cover be opened hydraulically or manually, making it easy to access to replace worn-out parts. Our mineral processing machinery helps reduce 1/3 of the investment cost in equipment and saves over half of the power consumption that similar machines need in China.

Working Principle
The electric motor drives the rotor, which rotates the hammer board at a high speed, crushing materials. The finished products comes out in even granules on a screened strip. The size of the granules can be adjusted by changing the distance between the strips.
